Art Archives Study. Before and after 2004
basis wien – Documentation Centre for Contemporary Art (Vienna, Austria), The Archive of Fine Arts (Prague, Czech Republic), and Moderna galerija’s Archives Department (Ljubljana, Slovenia) – three archives of the visual arts of the 20th and 21st centuries and also partners in European-art.net (EAN) have initiated a new two-year project entitled ARTAS – Art Archives Study. Before and after 2004.
Art Archives Exchange - Educational Strategies for Contemporary Art Archives
The project Art Archives Exchange - Educational Strategies for Contemporary Art Archives was co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme, supporting strategic partnerships for the exchange of good practices.
State of the Art Archives. International Conference on Archives Documenting Modern and Contemporary Art
Berlin, September 2017: To mark the anniversaries of their foundation, partners of european-art.net ZADIK – Central Archive for German and International Art Market Studies (est. 1992) in cooperation with the Department of Art History at the University of Cologne, basis wien — Documentation Centre for Contemporary Art (est. 1997), and the Institute of Modern Art Nuremberg (est. 1967) hosted an international conference on archives documenting modern and contemporary art.
